Taylor Cole runs this blog as an extension of her video Mom Needs To Lie Down: The years and lives slept away by ME/CFS.

She shot, edited, and shared this video for her Independent Professional Project (IPP) through the Creative Communications program at Red River College in Winnipeg, MB.

Taylor became an advocate for ME/CFS after her mother, Lorilee Leslie-Cole, became ill with ME/CFS. She saw her mother struggle to find diagnosis after being shuffled from doctor to doctor with no answers.  Lorilee had to travel to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and finally to Dr. Stein in Calgary before she was formally diagnosed with ME/CFS.

Although Taylor's IPP is officially over she plans to continue advocating for ME/CFS.
